• Welcome reception (International Congress Centre of the Korston Hotel & Mall Kazan, Ball hall) (gratis).
The Conference welcome reception offers delegates a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy informal drinks with colleagues and associates as part of the warm welcome to the 21st International Conference of Phosphorus Chemistry.

on Tuesday, June 7th
• Visiting the Volzhsko-Kamsky National Nature Biosphere Reserve and excursion to the Raifa Virgin Men Monastery will be offered on 7th June for accompanying persons. The detailed information will appear on the website of the Conference later.

on Wednesday, June 8th
• A six-hour tour to the Sviyazhsk Island will be offered as the additional excursion on June 8th 2016 and must be extra paid. Full description and order procedure you can find here.

• Excursion to the Museums of Kazan Kremlin will be offered on 9th June for accompanying persons. The detailed information will appear on the website of the Conference later.

All participants of ICPC2016 have an excellent opportunity to publish their contributions (plenary, invited lectures, oral presentations, posters) in a special issue of Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Silicon and the Related Elements (Taylor and Francis).

Attention! All manuscripts prepared in accordance with the journal’s rules should be sent to Program Committee a_karasik@iopc.ru before 15th June 2016. The papers approved by scientific committee and reviewers will be accepted for inclusion in the special issue of PSS and RE.
Paper must be named with the surname and name of the presenting author and saved as DOC/DOCX file. Ex: Smith_John_1.docx. Please use the template.
The journal publishes the following types of manuscripts:

(i) Full papers
(ii) Communications
(iii) Auto-Reviews

Length of articles is following:
Posters – 2 pages
Oral Contributions – 4 pages
Invited lectures/ plenary presentations – 8 pages

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to sending publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers.

Conference Proceedings

Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Silicon and the Related Elements is a journal dedicated to the publication of main group element chemistry that has a long and distinguished relationship with the ICPC conference series and is pleased to continue this long tradition for ICPC-2016 held in Kazan.

All participants will be able to submit written contributions (plenary, invited lectures, oral presentations, posters) and the published papers will be edited and collected into a special issue to be published by Taylor and Francis. Any papers approved by scientific committee will be accepted for inclusion in the proceedings.

All papers should be sent to Program Committee a_karasik@iopc.ru before 15th June 2016.

IUPAC sponsorship

It’s a great honor for us that ICPC 2016 is now supported by the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry.

IUPAC sponsorship means that IUPAC Members, Affiliate Members, and Fellows will have 10% registration fee reduction.

IUPAC endorsement implies that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide chemists, provided application is made not less than six months in advance. If a visa is not granted two months before the meeting, the Organizers and the IUPAC Secretariat should be notified by the applicant.

Professor Yu-Fen Zhao (Xiamen University, China) is the International Arbuzovs Prize Winner-2015!

In the frame of the Opening Ceremony of ICPC-2016 will take place the Awarding Ceremony of the International Arbuzovs Prize in the Field of Organophosphorus Chemistry-2015.

The International Arbuzovs Prize was established in memory of the outstanding Russian chemists Alexander and Boris Arbuzovs by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in 1997. The Arbuzovs Prize is awarded biennially to an honored Russian or foreign chemist personally for prominent contribution into phosphorus chemistry.

Since Prof. Arkady Pudovik (Russia) and Prof. Luis Quin (USA) in 1997, Prof. Jan Michalski (Poland) – 1999, Prof. Francois Mathey (France) – 2001, Prof. Edgar Niecke (Germany) – 2003, Prof. Masaaki Yoshifuji (Japan) – 2005, Prof. Irina P. Beletskaya (Russia) – 2007, Prof. Marian Mikolajczyk (Poland) – 2009, Prof. Michael Blackburn (United Kingdom) – 2011, and Prof. Valerii Kukhar (Ukraina) – 2013 were awarded this Prize. So, Prof. Yu-Fen Zhao (China) was recognized as the Laureate of the Arbuzovs Prize for 2015!
