Professor Anne-Marie Caminade

Anne-Marie Caminade was born in Carmaux (France). After two Ph.Ds (1984 and 1988 in Toulouse), and two Post-doctoral stays in industry (Institut Français du Pétrole, France, 1984) and as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at the University of Saarbrücken (Germany, 1988), she is working since 1985 for CNRS in Toulouse.

Since the beginning, Anne-Marie Caminade got interested in Main group elements, in particular phosphorus.

Her current research interest is on the synthesis, reactivity and study of properties and applications of dendrimers and dendritic macromolecules in three main fields: Catalysis, Biology-Medicine, and Materials.

Anne-Marie Caminade is co-author of more than 404 publications, she has got 1st rank in the world for the number of publications about dendrimers (source SciFinder).
